It takes anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks (7-20 business days) depending on the style and garment that you have chosen. In some cases a bit more during the busy season, after which it will be shipped to arrive at your destination. We will keep you informed on the status of your order and shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

All of Jan & April orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Jan & April takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.

Yes. We ship all international orders via DHL. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your location/country. We are unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses.

All the products purchased and delivered within India are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

In most countries, shipping is done on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are not responsible for any custom duty levied to the customer on the shipment. Custom duty may vary depending upon the country you are located in.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns as we are a made to order brand.

• Jan & April endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Jan & April fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. The Company is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services etc.
