Is there a reward program?

We currently do not offer any rewards or loyalty programs

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option available on the Login page. Change/Update the password by clicking on the link sent to your registered email ID

We take queries as our priority, we try to respond within 24-48 hours to help you resolve your query.

ORDER/SIZE/FIT

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

All Jan & April products are handmade and shot in our studio or outdoor. There will be a slight difference in the colour of the product, prints or embroideries you see on your display and the actual product.

Why custom sizing and not just standard sizes?

We don’t believe in one size, fits all! We are modern women with unique body shapes, so we design and tailor our garments to fit each individual woman. We create individually tailored garments, so all your outfits are truly and exclusively made for you.
Jan & April designs and deliver chic apparels which are available primarily in made to measure sizes and in standard sizing as well, created with carefully researched themes and crafted in a way that fits better. We recommend you get it made to measure by filling in the form and we’ll make the adjustments accordingly.
Although, you can choose standard sizes if you feel more comfortable with it from XS, S, M, L, XL which are made according to our standard size chart and proceed to checkout.

How to give measurements detail for 'custom' sizing ?

Once your order is placed our team will contact you within 24-48 hrs to take your measurement details over the phone or you can schedule an online appointment with our stylist too by dropping us an email at wecare@janandapril.com.

And if I'd like to customise even further ?

Because your garment will be made-to-measure exclusively for you, we are able to make almost any size adjustment you’d like. Maybe your bust, hips, waist, neck or arms are larger or smaller than typical standard sizes. No problem, please schedule a call with our team to take your measurements or special requests, and let us know what would perfect your fit and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Timelines and Returns

When will I receive my order?

It takes anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks (7-20 business days) depending on the style and garment that you have chosen. In some cases a bit more during the busy season, after which it will be shipped to arrive at your destination. We will keep you informed on the status of your order and shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

What if I order multiple products?

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, you can drop us an email at wecare@janandapril.com and we shall get back to you on the same.

How do I change my order after it is placed?

We start designing your personalised measured garment as soon as you place your order, so please reach out to us at the earliest with any changes within 12-24 hours. Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12-24 hours of placing an order and production of the outfit has not started already.
Same applies for the changes in measurements. However, please contact us as quickly as possible, we will get back to you on what can be done at best.

How do I return a garment?

As we are made to order brand, and we do not hold inventory, hence the return, refund or cancellation is not possible.
We do not accept returns or exchange gift cards and jewelry, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Why does your garments take so much time to get ready/ship?

Our craftsmen are given the ease of time to work on the product and craft the apparel with utmost care. We don’t keep an extensive inventory. We make exclusive pieces, limited in number with love poured in. Our sourcing is through some of the finest craftsmen and sets the quality bar as high as we can. So we take some time only to deliver you the finest.
