• Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. This is a bespoke product.
• All our orders are non returnable or exchangeable or refundable as they are made to order or made to measure.
• Please take care not to over-fill your bag as it may lose its shape and may damage it.
• Leave water spills to dry naturally.
• Please follow strictly fabric care guidelines and wash care labels.

• International Shipping : We ship products on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
